as someone from california, when i took a bite into this luscious creation we call a burrito, I couldn't help but be taken back to when I was 8 years old going to my amigos casa to enjoy burritos that his mom made. the establishment is pretty small but the ambience is nice and the service is really fast. 10/10 deadass cried, burritos big as hell too, like the size of 3 toddler heads. they even have meatless options if any of u are vegeterian or in love with someone that hates the thought of eating meat :) food: 10/10 ambience: 8/10 service: 9/10 (not much interaction aside from ordering ur food, if I lived in the city id be doordashing this to my house daily)

Quick and Easy Mexican food that is absolutely delicious. They know what they're doing. I'm from Texas; I KNOW!

The tacos I had (steak taco and fish taco) were absolutely delicious and fresh. I stumbled here after scanning the neighborhood for tacos and based on reviews decided to try it out. The place is really small with an overall in and out vibe and they take your order pretty quickly. Additionally, there is some seating which is limited with bar/tabletop style seating and regular tables as well. The tacos definitely are a quick freshly cooked meal for those on the go.

Delicious burritos at a decent price! I got the mission burrito with carnitas and it hit the spot. Employees are friendly and I received my burrito within 5 min of ordering during a weekday lunch rush. They could pack the burritos a bit more, but maybe I'm just used to fat Chipotle burritos. It also felt a bit heavy on the rice and beans, and less on the meat. This location has plenty of seating (bar table and bench seating).

Ordered delivery recently - everything was packaged well and we enjoyed our dishes, particularly the chicken quesadilla! Portions for most of the food were good, except for the chips and guac which felt small for the price. That said, would still order again!

OMG!! After a half-day of Christmas shopping I needed a break, and found this quaint little Mexican food establishment. Glad I stopped in as their bean and cheese burrito blew me away! I've been looking for an authentic burrito like this and finally found it! The chips too were very fresh, and the ambiance was nice and comfortable. Service was great, as they were friendly and brought the food to you. Planning on bringing my wife here soon!

This is a good spot for Modern Mexican food. They're serving up California burritos, quesadillas, tacos, and more. I love to get the asada fries loaded with guac, sour cream, cheese, and pico de gallo. I usually go with the chicken on it. They make pretty good Mexican food. Service is pretty good. I just wish they had a bigger spot because it gets cramped in there location fast. Besides that if you're looking for Mexican food in the Union square are this is the spot I would recommend.

Small shop but still a surprising amount of room, if it's a nice day out I suggest taking your meal out to Washington square park and really enjoying your food with friends. The homemade chips are incredible I have to come back to get them for my home!!! Quick and kind servers! Burritos of HIGH QUALITY!!!

For the flavor and price, this place is pretty unbeatable if you know what to get. Having been twice, I now have the data to conclude that the mushroom mission burrito is a winner. This item alone is enough to earn the elusive 5. I tried the shrimp taco for the first time and it impressed me too! I consider the taco a bit of a sampler before committing to an object as large as a quesadilla or burrito. But you can bet your top dollar that I'll be trying the shrimp in large format asap. Service is nice and fairly quick. But not too quick where you think they're just heating stuff up in a microwave. I can tell they're putting their all into these dishes! The place is super tiny and you'll probably find yourself cheek-to-cheek with a man whose collected himself 4 too many salsa cups to-go (can't blame him the salsa is delicious too). Can't wait to go back!
